Come visit us!

Our wellness advisors offer both in-person and virtual appointments to support your well-being. We offer a variety of one-on-one appointments—available in person or virtually—to support your well-being, personal growth, and academic success. Wellness Planning visits (25 minutes) are quick check-ins to reflect, set a goal, and get connected to resources. These focused visits are available both virtually and in person. Wellness Advising sessions (50 minutes) offer deeper, supportive conversations to help you build balance and take meaningful next steps. Grounding Sessions (30 minutes) provide a calm space to pause, reflect, and process whatever you're carrying—no agenda, just support. Integrated Success Coaching sessions (45 minutes) help you create a personalized action plan around academics, motivation, time management, wellness, and more.
